"As an educator and careworker for over 10 years, I have seen the challenges families face when trying to find reliable, specialized support. I also have met many incredible people—from students just starting their journey in the field to seasoned professionals—who want to help but don't know where to look. I developed The Village to bring these two groups together. My goal is to provide families with a diverse field of passionate caregivers so they can select the perfect connection for their unique needs, while giving those inspired to help a place to grow and make a difference."
